We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance to optimize our network infrastructure
Hello
We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance to optimize our network infrastructure.
The maintenance will be carried out during the night from Thursday, August 19th, 2021 to Friday between 11:00 PM until 4:00 AM CEST.
(For our international customers: CEST/Central European Summer Time = UTC +2)
Affected by this maintenance are all servers in our Datacenter Strasbourg (EU).
We expect network interruptions for up to 60 minutes during this time.
Due to organisational reasons, we are unable to provide you the exact time each individual server will be affected.
This maintenance is required to support and improve our service quality.
For further inquiries, please use the PowerPanel support ticket system, or contact our customer service by phone.
